Successful seminars are incomplete without follow-up. From LtoJ Consulting Group, Inc. has a number of talented associates and colleagues who are well qualified to lead follow-up activities. Follow-up is best when it is conducted twice a year. Generally follow-up is in one of three formats.
Administrator assistance. The role of the administrator adjusts when such grade levels, departments and schools as a whole have continuous, often weekly, data on student learning. This session is usually two-three hours
- Roving substitutes. Several substitutes are hired to move from classroom to classroom during one school day so that all teachers can meet with the facilitator for 30-45 minutes.
- Half-day meetings with segments of the teaching staff and teachers.
