Below are materials and equipment necessary for Dr. Jenkins’ keynotes, one-day overview seminars and two-day complete seminars.
Also you will find the list of books referenced in the seminar. In addition to the supply list it is important that clients and Lee Jenkins exchange cell phone numbers for any needed last minute communication.
Equipment and Supplies for Keynotes and Seminars
Keynotes
- Projector for powerpoints used during presentation.
- Lapel microphone\
- One index card per person
- Handouts are custom made and forwarded in PDF.
- One person will need a calculator to tabulate results of two questions answered at beginning of keynote. Answers provided at end of keynote.
Two-Day Seminars:
- One seminar booklet per person. Cost is $5.95 each. Order at least three weeks prior to seminar. Please send e-mail to Sandy@LtoJConsulting.com to order handout booklets. Include number, shipping address for UPS and phone number.
- Projector for powerpoints used during presentation
- Lapel microphone if more than 50 in attendance or high ceilings in room.
- One packet of index cards per table or group of 8 people
- One Ellison Letter Machine. I will bring the two required dies.
- Two different light-colored sheets of paper – 1 sheet of each color per person.
- 3 pads of chart paper and two chart stands
- One boxed 24-piece children’s puzzle per 6-8 people. These come sealed shut and must be cut open.
- 1 can of play dough per six people. If audience is larger than 75 eliminate this supply.
- One scotch tape roll per 10 people.
- Name tents or name tags
- One highlighter per person
- Assortment of felt pens for chart paper
- Two meter or yard sticks
- Two packages of assorted Avery Dots – one package of paper-punch size and one package of nickel size
- Two calculators
- Method of placing charts on wall – tape or push pins. (The Chart Paper with glue for adhering to wall does not work as many of charts are displayed “landscape” instead of “portrait.”)
- Make one black and white copy of the attached 7 pages. Staple into a booklet.
- One set of Base-Ten Blocks with approximately 5 thousands, 20 hundreds, 100 tens and one small package of ones.
